INSTRUCTIONS
Fill out forms in both the Application and Register links below.

1. Fill out the application form with parental permission.
2. We need you to email or upload a copy of your most recent transcript to have on record for the NY Department of Education. The program is free for NY students. It is funded by the state. Your transcript verifies that you are a student in NY.
